LYREX brings you thoughtfully selected, pre-loved fashion. Every piece is unique, and every piece deserves a new story.

We hand-pick each piece in Nairobi, check it, and photograph it ourselves. There is only one of everything, so once a piece is sold, it's gone.

Pick up at the shop

Pickup is free. Once your payment is confirmed we pack your order, and your order page tells you when it's ready to collect.

Delivery in Nairobi and nearby towns

We deliver across Nairobi and as far as Thika, Machakos and Kajiado. Choose your delivery area at checkout. The fee depends on how far your area is from our shop; it's added to your order total, so you pay once, by M-Pesa. The areas, the places they cover and their fees are listed below. We don't take cash on delivery.

Show us where you are

At checkout, drop a pin on the map at your gate or building, or tap "Use my location". It helps our rider find you. If the map doesn't load, your written address is enough. Once your order is confirmed we call you to agree a delivery time, and our rider brings it to you.

Track your order

Your receipt and order page show a 6-character tracking code. Enter it on Track your order to see where your order is.

Pay using the M-Pesa Pochi la Biashara details shown on your order. We confirm your payment after checking our records.

Keep your order page link: it's private to you and shows your order's progress.

If you receive the wrong item, find an undisclosed defect, or receive something materially different from its description, please contact LYREX. We ask you to report problems within 2 days of receiving your order so we can investigate promptly. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

Please include your order number and, if you can, a photo of the problem.
